The effect of "Mystic Piper" can oly actived once per turn. Now, the second card, Dekoichi the Battlechanted Locomotive, level 4 Machine, 1400 attacker and 1000 defender. Flipping effect and the effect is FLIP : Draw 1 card. For each face-up "Bokoichi the Freightening Car" you control. draw an additional card.
Ok, Lets talk about it. First Mystic Piper, when you summoned it, you can just tribute it for drawing 1 card. and you can reveal another level 1 monster in your hand to draw another card. so, the maximum quantity drawing from this card effect is 2 cards. Now, the good thing about this card you can just tribute it in that turn you summoned it. So, you can just draw another card in that turn. But, the bad of this card is, you lose your opportunity to normal summon this turn, and if you don't have any monster in the field, your monster field is empty and your opponent can attacks you directly next turn. except you have another monster on the field. That's for Mystic Piper. Now about Dekoichi. Flipping effect, that's mean you must waiting 2 turn to flip it or your opponent attacks this card. when this card flipped, just easily draw 1 card. but, there is a bonus, draw an additional card for each Bokoichi in the field. that's mean the highest quantity drawing from this card is 4. But to having 3 Bokoichi in the field at the same time is kinda hard. So that is it for Dekoichi.
